What is the AI Visibility Score (AVS)?
AI Visibility Score (AVS) is a scored, structured audit of how major AI language models cite and recommend your business. Powered in part by Authoritas — and a few other secret formulas involving AI. We ask a tailored set of questions, run them against multiple AI engines selected for your tier, and deliver a tiered report with clear findings. All AVS tiers include priority actions and strategic recommendations.

How AVS Works: The 6-Stage Process
The full AVS methodology applies to AVS National and AVS International tiers. AVS Starter uses a focused assessment process. AVS Flash uses a separate, faster process.
Intake
30-minute call + pre-call form. You brief us on your business, scope, and priorities. We define what we're measuring and why. AVS International engagements involve a longer scoping call.
Build
We design a tailored set of questions covering different angles, narratives, and languages. The number varies depending on scope and complexity—typically 80–200+ questions depending on tier and business needs. AVS Starter focuses on key pillars, while AVS National and AVS International cover all 12 in depth.
Run
Data collection duration depends on your tier. Standard collection provides solid confidence. AVS International engagements may use extended collection for higher confidence. We query AI platforms in parallel and capture responses across your chosen timeframe.
Capture & Analyse
We capture and analyse every response. All responses receive manual analysis to identify patterns, themes, and ranking performance across your chosen LLMs.
Compile
Findings are compiled into your tiered report with scoring, analysis, priority actions, and strategic recommendations. Your tier determines the depth of detail and breakdown. See our services page for full details of what's included.
Delivery
Walkthrough call included with every AVS engagement. We review findings, discuss your bespoke strategy, answer questions, and align on next steps. Call length depends on scope — typically 30–60 minutes for AVS National quarterly audits, 1–2 hours for AVS International multi-market engagements.
